The User Agreement does not constitute a partnership or agency between users and the Proprietary Firm. If any clause is deemed invalid, it shall be deemed severable without affecting the validity of the remaining clauses. This agreement represents the entire understanding between users and the Proprietary Firm.
At the Proprietary Firm’s discretion, it may transfer rights and obligations under this agreement. The Grievance Officer for personal sensitive information reachable at contact@legaleaglerz.com The agreement is governed by Indian laws.
Disputes between users and the Proprietary Firm shall be referred to a sole arbitrator governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration is Raipur (Chhattisgarh).
The Proprietary Firm may use contact information to send marketing messages and offers. Users can opt-out by following provided instructions.
Legal Eagle meeting educational standards for quality and processes through the “Journal's Course Education System” ensures adherence to safety and legal norms.
E-Coupons are offered to registered users and are subject to terms and conditions specified in addition to existing Legal Eagle Terms of Use. Users violating Legal Eagle Terms of Use may have E-Coupons canceled.
Course exchange is not applicable by way of downgrade to a lower package. Same can be upgraded to a higher level on paying difference in pricing.

Essentially, all courses are based on the publication of journals, which are periodically released on the website http://www.legaleaglerz.com in accordance with the packages and number of cases. Termination or changes to complimentary facilities by Legal Eagle will never be challenged, questioned, or subject to filing court cases.
