Once an appointment is booked, you are required to attend by answering the phone call at the designated time and joining the appointment promptly.
In case of any change in the scheduled timing, the updated information shall be made available on the official website.
Such information can be accessed using the registration number provided at the time of booking.
All details relating to the appointment shall be available through the registered number only.
No drafting or reading of documents shall be undertaken during the course of the appointment.
The appointment is solely for discussion and advisory purposes.
All information shared during the appointment shall remain strictly confidential.
No discussion or personal details shall be disclosed to any third party.
Clients may freely and comfortably discuss their case details, assured of complete privacy.
The language used during the appointment must remain polite, smooth, and professional.
The use of aggressive, offensive, or disrespectful language will not be tolerated.
All payments made are final and non-challengeable before any Jurisdiction other than the Consumer Court at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
If any dispute is raised outside the jurisdiction of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, all costs, expenses, and liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne solely by you.
Any such act shall amount to a breach of contract, entitling Legal Eagle to initiate proceedings against you under the law of contract.
All disputes and matters shall be governed exclusively under the Code of Civil Procedure.
No proceedings shall be initiated under criminal or cyber laws in relation to these appointments.
All payments are made by the Customer in the form of a Customer and received by us solely as a Service Provider. Since the Customer is making payment in such form, the matter shall not fall under the jurisdiction of any Court or Section other than the Consumer Court. Any dispute shall lie exclusively before the Consumer Court. Allegations of misrepresentation or misinterpretation must be proven by the alleging party; failing which, such party shall be liable to compensate Legal Eagle for the resulting damages.
The Customer must first disclose all agreements and documents before any forum; manipulative or omnibus allegations against Legal Eagle Firm shall amount to harassment and a legal dispute, and any attempt to raise matters beyond the agreement shall attract a counterclaim as a violation of natural justice.

FOLLOW THESE RULES FOR OBTAINING AN APPOINTMENT
Course holders will have to take an appointment for legal advice, fill the appointment form at the website. The form is digital, after filling it, you will get a call automatically. Note: We will not be responsible if the appointment gets cancelled automatically on the website.
You should take an appointment only for legal advice, the appointment will be cancelled on general and casual discussion.
Do not call Rahul Sir directly on his mobile without an appointment, follow this strictly. If you call without an appointment, then you will be fined ₹ 500 and no call will be taken from you for 3 days.
Sending a message to Rahul Sir on WhatsApp or talking on it or sending any document to him without asking is strictly prohibited, if you do so, the number will be blocked for 7 days with a warning, along with a fine of ₹ 500/-.
Do not call repeatedly at the wrong time or waiting for a call from the appointment time. Rahul Sir will call you back himself. If you do not get a call within 1 hour, call again. Continuous callers will also be blocked and suspended for 7 days with a fine of ₹ 500/-.
We will not be responsible for any problem arising due to network failure during the appointment time and call not being connected. Any argument or complaint of this kind will attract a fine of ₹ 200/-.
All your calls will be answered but you should also be patient. If there is any change, you will be informed.
If you take appointments repeatedly for the same problem or topic, you will be blocked from all services for 7 days. Let others also take a chance, maybe some very suffering person needs an appointment more than you.
Arguing with the staff on small matters is considered quarreling, quarreling without knowledge or information is considered, WhatsApp has limits on messages so talk only about work, if you argue or misbehave without reason, then there will be a fine of ₹ 500, if you do not pay it, it will be increased to ₹ 1,000/-. You are not the only one to whom the staff provides service, many people talk on WhatsApp throughout the day, there is staff to give them better service. Note:
Appointment is given only on the first available option in the appointment form, do not enter any option of your choice to get the time of your choice, the system will cancel it.
Arrangements are not made so that you face trouble, but so that your facilities can be increased so that you can be given better services. Therefore, to maintain the system, it is requested that you follow all the rules.
